Village-Wide Garage Sales

August 13–15, 2026

We're giving something new a try!

This year marks the Village of Turtle Lake's first Village-Wide Garage Sale Weekend, and we're hoping it becomes a fun annual tradition. We intentionally planned the event to coincide with the Old Time Farm Fest, taking place just outside of Turtle Lake on County Road K, making it easy for visitors traveling through the area to stop in and explore our community.

Whether you're on the hunt for antiques, household items, clothing, tools, furniture, or a one-of-a-kind treasure, you'll find sales happening throughout the village.

To help protect the privacy of participating residents, garage sale addresses will not be posted online. Instead, printed maps with participating locations and sale hours are available at the Village Office during regular business hours. Stop in and pick one up before you head out treasure hunting.

Since this is our first year, we'd love to see a great turnout and hope this becomes a tradition our community looks forward to for years to come. Happy shopping!

Meet in the Commons

No experience? No problem! Just bring your imagination and get ready for two fun-filled afternoons of creativity and confidence building.

Participants will:

• Learn acting basics
• Explore movement and stage presence
• Practice voice projection
• Play creative drama games

The clinic features Heather Lei Ambos, an experienced director, producer, stage manager, lighting technician, sound director, and drama coach, who will guide students through the exciting world of theatre.

Bring your water bottle—a snack will be provided.
