Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Turtle Lake Public Library (FTLPL) was incorporated in 2009.
A board of directors was formed and the group immediately started fundraising.
The Friends have a vested interest in supporting the library in the following ways:

Maintain an association of persons interested in good library service

Promote the growth, development and greatest possible use of the Turtle Lake Public Library

Create public interest in the Turtle Lake Public Library

To increase knowledge and a better understanding of the resources, services, operations and needs of the Turtle Lake Public Library

To enable the Turtle Lake Public Library to enhance services, expand programs and add new dimensions that maximize the Library’s role and usefulness in the community

To enrich the library’s resources through funds derived from memberships and special projects

To encourage gifts of books and other materials which will be compatible with the objectives of the library

To encourage endowments and bequests
